Although you are not a Christian, you might have heard of the Ten Commandments, which are the core of God’s commandments and critical to salvation. Therefore, If someone claims to be a Christian, it’s natural that he/she should be keeping them in their life, otherwise he/she is a liar to God’s view.
1 John 2″4-5 Whoever says, “I know him,” but does not do what he commands is a liar, and the truth is not in that person. But if anyone obeys his word, love for God is truly made complete in them. This is how we know we are in him
As the Ten Commandments were established by God, God is the only one who has the authority to make changes to them(this is just a supposition). No one can re-establish or make changes to them no matter who he/she is, how they are well-respected by people or how much they are famous. But someone dare did it.
A time for the Son ended
I believe Jesus is God who has authority to save all mankind and he is God the Father(Jehovah) who came to the earth in the flesh, however I do not pray in the name of Jesus and will not. If my words sound weird, I’d like you to read explanations below.
Nothing on the earth lasts forever. In other words, there is a time for everything. If something was sowed, there is a time to reap. Although a building was robustly built, there is a time to destroy. How about our lives? There is a time to be born and a time to die. All happiness, which seems to last everlastingly, is to be ended some day. The Bible depicts this truth exactly:
Ecclesiastes 3:1-2 There is a time for everything, and a season for every activity under heaven: a time to be born and a time to die, a time to plant and a time to uproot
For easier understanding, a ‘time’ can be compared to the food expiration date which indicates the freshness of food. Food past its expiration date might be corrupt. Therefore it’s important to buy food after checking its expiration date. Likewise, there is also ‘a time’ for the Redemption Work of God we believe in.
A man does not consist of body only. Humans, especially living humans, are a combination of body and soul.
Gen 2:7 … the LORD God formed the man from the dust of the ground [body] and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life [soul], and the man became a living being
A man became a living being after God had breathed his spirit(the breath of life) in the body, which means what makes us alive is not our body itself but the spirit in our body. So,the Bible says that a death does not mean death of a body and soul but just a separation of them.
Eccl. 12:7 … and the dust [body] returns to the ground it came from, and the spirit [soul] returns to God who gave it.
While the body which came from the ground returns to it, the soul which came from God returns to Him. Like this, body and soul are different and distinct in essence. So, the Bible says that our physical father and our Spiritual Father are not same:
A tool can be used for both good and evil. For example, a knife used by a surgeon can contribute to saving people’s lives. But a knife, grasped by a murderer’s hand, will be used for killing people. The same knife can be a tool for saving people or for killing people depending on who will use it.
God granted us a tool — the Bible. But it can save or kill our souls depending on who will interpret it.
April 28, 2013 — Senior Connections is pleased to announce that the World Mission Society Church of God (WMSCOG) will help DeKalb County’s Bruce St./East DeKalb Senior Center with a spring spruce up on April 28th. The WMSCOG will be bringing over 100 volunteers to help improve the look and feel of the senior center for the members who attend. The center has been a vital part of the community for almost half of a century.
Planned improvements around the front of the building include sanding and painting the center’s sign, landscaping with flowers and bushes, painting benches, creating better curb appeal and general clean up.
“We’re also very excited about the planned work for the garden and common areas,” said Debra Furtado, Chief Executive Officer of Senior Connections. “The WMSCOG volunteers are going to create a wonderful outdoor space for the Lithonia seniors to enjoy all year. We are very grateful for their caring efforts.”
Not all the work will be done outside. Some of the center’s interior will get a bit of a face lift from the church volunteers.
“In today’s society, we often find that the seasoned members of our community are overlooked and sometimes forgotten,” said Hector Flores, Church Overseer for the WMSCOG. “In every effort to keep the greatest commandment given by Christ, to “love thy neighbor,” The World Mission Society Church of God would like to show love and appreciation to those who have gone before us and made great strides in our communities.”
The Lithonia Senior Center, located at 2484 Bruce Street, Lithonia, GA 30058, is a DeKalb County senior center operated by the DeKalb County Office of Senior Affairs and managed by Senior Connections. Seniors are offered classes, activities, a hot lunch, and wellness programs Monday through Friday.
Death comes to everyone. There’s no exception no matter who you are, what you’ve achieved in your life and how you’ve lived your life. At this point, I’d like to ask you a question, “Have you ever thought of what would happen after a life in this world?” and “Have you prepared anything for a life after a life in this world?” If you have not, I recommend you to read this article carefully and hope this be a chance for you to find the way to a life not in vain.
2014 is the 50th year since the World Mission Society Church of God was established.
Starting from a house church in 1964, the Church of God has been growing extremely fast and now has 2,500 local churches in 175 countries and 2 million registered saints.
There are the sacrifice of Christ Ahnsahnghong and the love of God the Mother behind the unprecedented growth.
In 2014, World Mission Society Church of God will continue to preach the gospel of New Covenant to lead people to the right way to salvation and serve communities to make the world better place to live as it’s been doing.
I wish 2014 be the year more people come to the love of God the Father, Ahnsahnghong and Heavenly Mother and find true and eternal happiness in them.
One of things that many people misunderstand about the Bible is that there is only God the Father. However, the Bible clearly reveals that there exists God the Mother as well God the Father from the first page of the Bible.
Gen 1:26-27 Then God said, “Let us make man in our image, in our likeness, and let them rule over the fish of the sea….” So God created man in his own image, in the image of God he created him; male and female he created them.
If there is only one God, God the Father, it should read ‘my image’ not ‘our image.’ In addition, only ‘male’ should have been created in the image of God the Father. But, is there only male created in the image of God? Isn’t there also ‘female’? The fact that male and female were created in the image of God is the evidence that God’s image includes God the Father and God the Mother. It’s very important to know the existence of God the Father and God the Mother because it’s prophesied that God the Father and God the Mother are to appear to give us the water of life in the last days.
Rev 22:17 The Spirit [God the Father] and the bride [God the Mother] say, “Come!” And let him who hears say, “Come!” Whoever is thirsty, let him come; and whoever wishes, let him take the free gift of the water of life.
Those who have met God the Father and God the Mother can receive the water of life. People who only know God the Father do not know God whom we must press on to know. The World Mission Society Church of God (WMSCOG) receives the water of life from the Spirit and the bride according to the words of the Bible.
No one wants to die but no one can live forever. It’s our destiny to die someday no matter who we are, but those who hope for eternal life, God showed us the path to it.
As you know, God alone has eternal life.
1 Tim 6:15-16 God, the blessed and only Ruler, the King of kings and Lord of lords, who alone is immortal
Therefore, only God can give us eternal life. The promise of eternal life God gave us is contained in the Passover.
John 6:53-55 Jesus said to them, “I tell you the truth, unless you eat the flesh of the Son of Man [Jesus] and drink his [Jesus’] blood, you have no life in you. Whoever eats my flesh and drinks my blood has eternal life, and I will raise him up at the last day. For my flesh is real food and my blood is real drink…”
Jesus promised that the bread of was His flesh and that the wine of the Passover was His blood.
Matt 26:19-28 So the disciples did as Jesus had directed them and prepared the Passover…. While they were eating, Jesus took bread, gave thanks and broke it, and gave it to his disciples, saying, “Take and eat; this [the Passover bread] is my body.” Then he took the cup, gave thanks and offered it to them, saying, “Drink from it, all of you. This [The Passover wine] is my blood of the covenant, which is poured out for many for the forgiveness of sins.
Those who observe the Passover are surely supposed to receive the blessing of eternal life according to the words of Jesus: “Whoever eats my flesh and drinks my blood has eternal life.” On the contrary, since Jesus said: “Unless you eat the flesh of the Son of Man and drink his blood, you have no life in you,” those who do not keep the Passover cannot receive eternal life. The World Mission Society Church of God believes in the promise of eternal life Jesus promised us and celebrates the Passover of the New Covenant as a precious truth.
Why do they deny and reject God the Mother whom the Bible teaches? Some would not acknowledge the truth even though the existence of God the Mother is proven from the Bible. Also, there are people who say that they just do not want to talk anymore because they have never heard such teachings while attending the church for several decades. The truth of God the Mother might sound very strange. So they sometimes say, “It’s a new view” or “it’s a new theory” since it’s very different from what they have known so far.
However, nobody boasts of ignorance. We need to listen to the words of the Bible with a humble mind if we have never been taught, don’t we? The truth of the Scriptures about God the Mother is “not” new. It’s recorded in the book of Genesis and also appears in the New Testament. It’s a precious truth which has been shared in the history of the Bible.
